Karachi, 16 September 2026: Mr. Munawar Ali Mithani, Secretary, Social Welfare Department (SWD), Government of Sindh, chaired a meeting with the team of Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC), led by the Additional Director, to review the Centre’s current capacity and discuss possibilities for further expansion.

During the meeting, the JPMC team briefed the Secretary on the Centre’s existing capacity, facilities, ongoing services, and operational requirements. The discussions also focused on areas where additional capacity and resources may be required to strengthen service delivery.

Mr. Munawar Ali Mithani reviewed the matters presented by the JPMC team and discussed potential measures for further expansion and improvement of facilities and services.

The meeting provided an opportunity to assess the current capacity of JPMC and consider future expansion requirements in order to enhance the availability and effectiveness of services.
